CHSI - Grafton
CHSI's Grafton clinic employs a full medical team to provide quality primary medical care to patients throughout northeastern North Dakota and northwestern Minnesota. CHSI Grafton also offers telehealth therapy sessions with our Psych/Mental Health FNP-BC provider on Wednesdays.
In addition to offering services from our larger clinical network, our Grafton clinic employs two primary care providers on-site throughout the week:
Marie Anderson, FNP-C, is available Mondays & Wednesdays
Kate Suda, PA-C, is available Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays
