Mary is a Certified MNSURE Navigator and can assist with MNSURE enrollments.
They can also assist patients with finding community resources in the surrounding area, including but not limited to:

- Scheduling specialty appointments outside of Community Health Service Inc.
- Referrals to other Community Services
