CHSI Moorhead
CHSI's Moorhead clinic provides quality primary medical and dental care, as well as victim advocacy services, to patients and clients throughout the Fargo-Moorhead region. Therapy sessions are also provided via telehealth by our Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor.
Our Moorhead clinic is also home to CHSI's Central Office, where administrative staff perform central operations tasks, including billing, grant writing, human resources, and marketing.

She can also assist patients with finding community resources in the surrounding area, including but not limited to:

- Scheduling specialty appointments outside of Community Health Service Inc.
- Referrals to other Community Services
