CHSI Moorhead
CHSI's Moorhead clinic provides quality primary medical and dental care, as well as victim advocacy services, to patients and clients throughout the Fargo-Moorhead region. Therapy sessions are also provided via telehealth by our Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor.
Our Moorhead clinic is also home to CHSI's Central Office, where administrative staff perform central operations tasks, including billing, grantwriting, human resources, and marketing.
