CHSI's Willmar clinic provides quality primary medical care to patients throughout Kandiyohi County and the surrounding region. Therapy sessions are also provided via telehealth by our Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor.

They can also assist patients with finding community resources in the surrounding area, including but not limited to:

- Scheduling specialty appointments outside of Community Health Service Inc.
- Referrals to other Community Services
