CHSI Outreach & Enrollment
Community Health Service Inc. provides a variety of enrollment and navigation services through our team of Outreach & Enrollment Specialists.
Our specialists maintain MNsure and/or Community Health Worker certifications, enabling them to assist our patients and clients with the appropriate documents for several services, including CHSI's sliding fee scale, public insurance plans (Medical Assistance, MinnesotaCare, Medicaid, etc), financial assistance, rental assistance, SNAP & WIC, food pantry assistance, and more. Our CHWs also perform patient education, leading some of our patients and clients through medical guidance regarding nutrition, diabetes, cholesterol, and more. As CHSI provides comprehensive care across our clinical network, our Outreach & Enrollment Specialists also help our patients and clients navigate our services and schedule appointments.
We have multiple, bilingual staff members and can accommodate all of our patients' language needs with a live, face-to-face video interpreter. Our documents are translated into multiple languages and requests for additional translations can be provided.

Mary Lisa Estrada, CHW
Outreach & Enrollment Specialist
Rochester Clinic
Mary Lisa Estrada is the Outreach & Enrollment Specialist in our Rochester clinic. Prior to entering the healthcare field, Mary graduated from St. Cloud Technical College with an associate degree in credit and finance and worked for a variety of financial and social service institutions, including the Social Security Administration, Goodwill, the Olmsted County Child Support Division, and Liberty Tax. Since joining CHSI, Mary earned her certifications as a MNsure Navigator and Community Health Worker. Mary lives in Eyota with her partner of 44 years, and she enjoys camping, hiking, history, and spending time with her family and friends.
Mary enjoys the fun, collaborative environment at CHSI and regularly meeting (and helping) new people.

Katherine Dockter, CHW
Outreach & Enrollment Specialist
Moorhead Clinic
Katherine Condor Dockter is the Outreach & Enrollment Specialist in our Moorhead clinic. Originally trained as a nutritionist in Perú, Katherine moved to the United States and first worked as a CNA and MA at a nursing home. Finding her passion in public health, she joined CHSI and has since become a certified MNsure Navigator and Community Health Worker. Katherine lives in the Fargo area with her husband and their two sons. She likes to travel, camp, and spend time with her children.

Paulina Gallegos
Outreach & Enrollment Specialist
Willmar Clinic
Paulina Gallegos is the Outreach & Enrollment Specialist in our Willmar clinic. As an Outreach & Enrollment Specialist, she works to promote clinical operations and to connect our community members with the care and services they need. Paulina earned an associate degree in liberal arts from Ridgewater College with a focus in communications studies. She is MNSure certified, allowing her to help our patients and clients navigate insurance options. In her free time, Paulina enjoys watching movies, listening to music, and shopping online. She lives in Willmar with her partner Adam, their son Adam, Jr, and their dog Brownie.
